Our salon has policies and procedures in place to ensure a our clients receive quality service and an overall remarkable experience. By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging you have read and agree with our policies and procedures. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. Celeste Styles Policies and Procedures: Booking Policies: • All hair services will require a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $25 at the time of booking. If not paid; your booking will be cancelled if I create booking. • Our salon requires clients to have a mask worn for the duration of their service to protect the service provider and client. • Add on services should be requested at time of booking to ensure desired style is delivered. Safety Procedures: • To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we highly encourage and have hand washing stations for use upon entering the salon, and/or hand sanitizers are available for use. • All new clients must complete COVID-19/Monkeypox Questionnaire. Salon Policies: • The salon waiting area is reserved to clients being serviced only. • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the salon to minimize spills and waste, small snacks and bottled waters are permitted. • As a courtesy for your service time and others, please arrive promptly for our scheduled time. If you are delayed by 15 minutes or more, I request that you reschedule your appointment and note a surcharge for cancellation may occur. • Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond to service and booking related inquiries. All responses will be made during our service hours of 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday-Friday. • Any Sunday or Monday bookings have to be made directly through me. $25 off-day fee will be added with service I am available to answer any questions you may have about my services offered, consultations, and more. Cancellation Policy
A 30% cancellation process will be charged for no-show appointments or cancellations less than 48 hours.
